Enquiry information
The current quotation form prepares enquiry text in your browser so you can copy it to WhatsApp or another channel. It does not currently submit the form to, or store it in, a Duchuang website database.
Third-party channels
If you contact us through WhatsApp, WeChat or another external platform, that platform processes the information under its own privacy terms. Only share information needed to discuss the product, quotation or order.
Technical data
When the site is published, the hosting provider may process basic request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the website. If analytics, advertising pixels or a server-side enquiry system are added later, this notice should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Sensitive information
Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through the website enquiry flow.
